Kristina manages Ramcom’s financial operations, project billing, and administrative coordination. With 18 years at the company, she plays a central role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient.

Kristina ensures projects are tracked accurately from purchase orders to final invoicing, and she provides internal support for budgeting, payroll, and vendor management. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of Ramcom’s internal processes help keep projects running smoothly and teams supported.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with family and exploring Ontario’s cottage country.
