Throughout this long-standing relationship, Ramcom has played a key role in delivering modern learning environments across the district, supporting both new school builds and large-scale retrofit projects.
Our team has successfully deployed over 1,000 interactive displays and TVs and more than 2,000 projectors across 262 schools, helping standardize and enhance classroom technology district wide. Ramcom has also designed and installed universal meeting and presentation spaces, complete with professional-grade sound systems and microphones, enabling clear communication, collaboration, and engaging presentations.
Initial Design Review & Pre-Installation Coordination
Our team conducted a detailed review of the existing LCD matrix and recessed wall conditions to prepare for a modern hardware upgrade. To facilitate this, we engineered a solution that allowed the new DVLED video wall to fit perfectly within the existing opening without requiring major structural modifications. By prioritizing precise ventilation clearances and coordinating closely with internal IT teams, we ensured these education AV solutions were integrated seamlessly into the campus infrastructure.
De-Installation & Disposal
We managed the safe de-installation and disposal of the pre-existing LCD matrix video wall and all associated mounting hardware. Additionally, our team ensured that all legacy cabling was removed in strict accordance with site requirements and environmental standards. As a result, the space was perfectly prepared for the next phase of our education AV solutions deployment.
DVLED Video Wall Supply
We supplied a high-performance LG 1.2mm pitch DVLED video wall system, complete with dual controllers and a custom wall-mount solution. In particular, the final 7.20 m x 2.03 m configuration delivers a crisp 5760 x 1620 resolution and 800 nits of brightness. Moreover, including 10% spare parts ensures these education AV solutions remain operational and easily maintainable for years to come.
Installation & Integration
Our technicians installed and aligned the DVLED cabinets within the recessed wall space, ensuring perfect module alignment and optimal airflow for thermal management. Notably, we integrated the new video wall with the existing Crestron control system in close collaboration with the college’s in-house programmer. In addition, this careful coordination ensured that our education AV solutions functioned seamlessly within their established user interface.
Commissioning & Training
We fully commissioned the DVLED system, verifying controller configurations and image performance to ensure maximum operational stability.
