Multi-Room AV Design & Planning
Designed and coordinated a multi-room AV fitout for Banyan Software’s new offices, including executive, boardroom, flex, meeting, lunch, phone, and individual office spaces. Developed AV layouts to support Zoom Rooms functionality, hybrid meetings, wireless presentation, and integration with the client’s internal scheduling system.

Executive Office & Small Meeting Spaces
Installed large screen displays and conference bars in executive and huddle-style meeting rooms. Deployed Android-based Zoom appliances with one-touch join, HDMI content sharing, and wireless presentation. Ensured functionality for all small meeting areas including Flex Rooms, Meeting Rooms, and Phone Rooms 1 & 2.

Large & Small Boardroom Deployment
Installed and integrated a fully featured Windows-based AV system in the Large Boardroom, including two large displays, automatic PTZ cameras, whole-room microphones, distributed speakers, and wireless content sharing. Integrated the Small Boardroom to operate independently or combined with the Large Boardroom via an operable wall, with touch panel control for room configuration and overflow audio/video routing to the Lunch Room.

Lunch Room & Informal Spaces
Installed dual large screen displays with digital signage players and local HDMI inputs in the Lunch Room. Enabled overflow AV from the Large Boardroom for all-hands meetings. Provided conference bars and large displays in informal sitting areas to support ad hoc meetings and content sharing.

Office Spaces
Installed wall-mounted displays with wireless presentation capability in individual offices. Ensured seamless integration with Zoom and BYOD workflows.

Room Scheduling & Crestron Integration
Installed Crestron room schedule panels for 15 rooms, integrated with the client’s internal calendar and scheduling system. Provided full mount hardware, power, and programming for real-time room occupancy and meeting management.

Sound Masking
Implemented a sound masking system across open and closed spaces to maintain speech privacy. Open spaces are served by multiple zones to achieve balance, while closed spaces are served by individual zones.

AV Equipment Installation & Integration
Provided, installed, and connected all AV equipment per manufacturer instructions. Configured and programmed all systems, tested and commissioned functionality, and integrated with Zoom, Crestron control, and room schedule systems. Removed all packaging and site debris.

Coordination with Trades
Worked with Banyan Software, general contractor, and electrical contractor to coordinate backing, power, junctions, and conduit for AV systems. Ensured installation sequence minimized disruption and adhered to codes, bylaws, and procedures.

Staff Training & Close-Out
Demonstrated system functionality and trained Banyan Software staff on all AV systems. Delivered complete working systems and a comprehensive close-out package documenting all installed AV equipment, programming, and operational procedures.
NextStar Boardroom

Multi-Purpose Boardroom Design
Worked with Nextstar to design a high-level executive boardroom capable of functioning as a single large space or two separate rooms. The room is intended for board meetings, training sessions, and hybrid events, supporting both in-person and remote participants.

Display System Deployment
Installed two LG 136″ all-in-one DVLED video walls at either end of the room as primary displays. Supplemented with four 86″ monitors (two per side) to ensure clear sightlines for all participants. All displays configured to show the same image and operate seamlessly whether the room is divided or combined.

Audio System Installation
Deployed full-room ceiling microphones by Sennheiser in voice-lift mode to amplify participants. Installed distributed ceiling speakers by QSC, wireless microphones, and integrated audio processing for consistent sound coverage. Automated camera control uses audio position data for dynamic tracking.

Video & BYOD Integration
Installed PTZ web conference cameras by Lumens and Barco ClickShare wireless presentation and conferencing systems at both ends of the room. Configured wired laptop inputs and BYOD connections for seamless hybrid meeting participation.

Control System Programming
Implemented Crestron control system to manage displays, cameras, audio, room division, and source selection via touch panel. Provided programming to allow easy switching between combined or divided room operation.

AV System Commissioning
Commissioned the complete AV system, including video distribution, wireless and wired audio sources, and hybrid conferencing functionality. Verified full operational performance for both combined and separated room configurations.

Coordination & Infrastructure
Coordinated installation with electrical and IT teams per the Responsibility Schedule. Ensured all AV devices were connected to the company IT network and that no in-floor connections restricted furniture flexibility.

Post-Installation Support
Provided training and documentation for room operation, including BYOD conferencing, touch panel control, and hybrid meeting management. Ensured the system is fully operational for executive use and adaptable to changing room configurations.
