As Founder and President of Ramcom Communications, Steven has guided the company’s growth since its inception. With more than 25 years in the audiovisual industry, he built Ramcom on a foundation of technical integrity, customer trust, and hands-on service.

Steven continues to oversee the company’s strategic direction, fostering relationships with clients, consultants, and manufacturers across Canada. His deep understanding of AV systems integration and his commitment to quality have helped shape Ramcom into one of the most trusted integrators in the market. Outside of work, Steven puts high value on spending as much quality time with his family as possible.

As Managing Director, Mike leads Ramcom’s national AV and digital signage operations, overseeing design, integration, and deployment across multiple regions. With more than 20 years in the AV industry, he brings deep expertise in project strategy, technical leadership, and client relationship management.

Mike has guided multi-million-dollar projects for corporate, entertainment, and public venues across Canada, ensuring both technical excellence and measurable value to Ramcom’s customers. Specialties include dvLED integration, large-scale project coordination, and digital signage design. Mike is also a Certified Installer for LG, Absen, and Samsung dvLED systems, and a Microsoft Teams Rooms Certified Professional.

When not leading project teams, Mike stays immersed in the latest AV trends, and enjoys mentoring new professionals entering the industry.

Adam oversees day-to-day technical operations and field execution for Ramcom projects nationwide. With more than 16 years of experience in AV installation and structured cabling, he ensures every system is delivered to spec, safely, and efficiently.

Adam’s technical background includes installation and servicing of dvLED, projection, and control systems across commercial, education, and entertainment sectors, giving him key insights into the on-site tasks required for successful deployments. He’s hands-on in coordinating teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high quality standards across
all sites. Certified in SYSTIMAX/Commscope structured cabling, Samsung dvLED, and Hubbell Fiber, Adam brings both technical precision and leadership to the field.

Outside work, he spends as much time golfing as he can, and stays up-to-date on emerging AV and networking technologies.

Thomas leads system design and technical development at Ramcom, bringing more than 18 years of experience designing, programming, and deploying complex AV systems. His expertise spans full turnkey integration, multi-site programming, and advanced control systems.

Before moving into design leadership, Thomas spent years on-site, building and programming systems firsthand, experience that grounds his designs in real-world reliability. He has served as a SAVI Controls beta tester, and holds certifications from Absen, LG, Samsung, Crestron, Q-SYS, and Dante.

Thomas is known for bridging design and implementation seamlessly, ensuring every Ramcom deployment performs as intended.

Outside of work, he is passionate about music and loves to build home audio systems for friends and family with the same enthusiasm he does for Ramcom’s customers.

With over 10 years in the AV industry, including roles as a manufacturer rep at LG Electronics and also on the System Integration side, he specializes in digital signage (particularly dvLED), control systems, and enterprise AV deployments.

Michael’s consultative and customer-first approach ensures clients understand both the technology and its long-term value.

When he’s not supporting projects, Michael is an avid climber and hockey player in his spare time. The next time he calls you might just be from the side of a mountain!

Steven brings more than 30 years of experience in AV design and integration, specializing in higher education and enterprise technology environments. He lead the University of Guelph’s classroom technology program for two decades, and served as Business Development Manager for DataVisual’s education portfolio before joining Ramcom in 2024.

At Ramcom, Steven focuses on technology-enabled learning, hybrid collaboration, and centralized control systems. He combines end-user insight with deep technical expertise to create reliable, future-ready AV solutions.

Steven holds AVIXA’s coveted CTS-D credential, certifications from Crestron and Extron, and has presented at major industry conferences including InfoComm and OUCC. He’s enthusiastic about designing systems that make technology invisible and intuitive, supporting better communication, engagement, and connection.

Drew leads Ramcom’s Service Department, focusing on client support, preventative maintenance, and post-installation care. After a successful career in sales and marketing within the AV industry, Drew transitioned into this Service role to help strengthen Ramcom’s commitment to long-term customer service.

Drawing on years of experience developing client relationships and introducing new product lines, Drew brings both technical insight and a client-first mindset to the team. He continues to build on Ramcom’s reputation for reliable, responsive service.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys traveling back and forth to Florida to spend time with his grandchildren.

François manages complex AV and digital signage installations from planning through delivery. With more than a decade of experience in project coordination and management, he ensures every deployment stays on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

At Ramcom, François oversees multi-site rollouts, manages resources, and maintains open communication between clients, technicians, and leadership teams. His organized, transparent approach has supported successful projects for key clients such as Cineplex, Canada Goose, and Landmark Cinemas.

François is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and brings a structured yet flexible approach to every engagement. Outside of work, he’s often exploring Toronto’s diverse neighborhoods or following new developments in smart building technology.

Kristina manages Ramcom’s financial operations, project billing, and administrative coordination. With 18 years at the company, she plays a central role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient.

Kristina ensures projects are tracked accurately from purchase orders to final invoicing, and she provides internal support for budgeting, payroll, and vendor management. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of Ramcom’s internal processes help keep projects running smoothly and teams supported.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with family and exploring Ontario’s cottage country.

Robert oversees all logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations at Ramcom. With 18 years of experience managing AV equipment flow and project logistics, he ensures materials arrive on-site on time and in perfect condition. Robert coordinates closely with project managers and technicians to prepare, package, and stage equipment for installation.

Known for his reliability and organization, Robert plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring Ramcom’s field teams are always ready for deployment.

Outside work, he enjoys restoring classic cars and spending weekends outdoors.
